Re: Teaming up

[Nope.]

I go inside the academy and a few moments later, I come out with a sandwich and a cup of coffee. "Yum." I say, then bite into the sandwich.

I already had my lunch in my backpack from the cafe yesterday, it was a ham sandwich.
I wasn't really all that hungry so I sat there, nibbling on some bread.

[Nope.]

"Hey, Raven, come sit with us!" I shout, sit on a step and wave him over.

"OK," I say, walking over to Arc and Carol.

[Nope.]

"So, what else happened in the lesson, bar the two havin' a fight, Raven?" I ask, with a wondering expression.

Hybrid sat down. I pulled out a pack of candy and immediately tossed it to Fox. "Better give it to her now." I mumble to myself.


Shard sat alone at a table. He had no food to eat.

"Thanks for the candy, but it looks like Shard is hungry," I say, changing the candy into a big steak, "Here you go."
"We were going to look for a partner for Jet, but then a fight broke out of it. I have the feeling that Hybrid and Shin are about to break up as a group." I say.
"They might as well have, they don't have any feelings of trust between each other and Hybrid's soul is starting to refuse Shin's." I say.

[Nope.]

"Well, if Shin can create a bond between himself and a weapon by fighting, i'm pretty sure those to would be compatible by now." I say. Why can't I sense souls or do anything cool like these people. I think.

Shard silently feasts upon the steak. I listened in on their conversation.


"First time I ever saw you turn down candy, Fox. Something wrong?" Hybrid says from a different table.

[Guest]

"It is just the one day of the month that I hate the most," I say,
"You have a great skill inside you, Arc. It is just not yet awakened." I say.
"What are you talking about?" I ask.

[Nope.]

Hopefully that is true. I think. Do you think there is a way to learn how to master your wavelengh and do something using it on its own? I heard that some meisters can do it, but haven't heard of weapons using their wavelenghts.

"Yes they can, everything has it's own special skill, like how I can see so much. Your skill though, is very interesting." I inform him.

Shard finished his food and stood up. He walked out of the door.

"Whose he?" Hybrid asks, walking over to the table where arc, carol, fox, and raven sat.

[Nope.]

Huh, what is it? I think, then smile. Tell me, please!

[Guest]

"I cannot tell you, or else it will never awaken. You have to search your own soul. He is a weapon, a skilled one too." I say.

"Oh..." I say.

[Nope.]

"You mean me? Well, hey there." I say.

[Guest]

"All of the weapons and meisters here are extremely powerful, I wouldn't be surprised if we could destroy the world if we turned evil." I say.

[Nope.]

"Well, that won't happen." I say.

"We can only hope..." I say.

[Guest]

"I hope not, there are some with evil intentions here, some without." I say.

"Seems like that guy, Shard, is a bit on the dark side." I say.

[Guest]

"Yes, and so is your old meister, Shin." I say.

[Nope.]

"Yikes," I say, then gulp. "that's not a nice thought."
