America's Largest Blackout

In anniversary of Americas largest power outage (shared as the date of my sisters birth), an event will be held throughout Death City. On 8/14 all electricity will be shut down. Though as the darkness shall bring out more threats, it is still remembered as Americas largest power outage. It is a yearly event. It celebrates the long lasting darkness that was eventually overcome by light.
