I smile, and kissed him again, starting to stand up. "Ok, i think we should go to your house then."

I laugh, and smile at him before pecking his cheek and running away playfully with a giggle.

I ran after her and caught up to her. I run side by side with her.

I laugh and smile, suddenly jumping on him so her legs were around his waist, her head buried in his neck. "Im just too lazy." She mumbled.

I smile and nestle my head in his neck, and let out a light, content sigh, tickling his neck before falling asleep.

I realized the lack of motion from her, so I carried her all the way to my house. When I enter there, I place her on the couch.

I fell asleep soundly, until in the middle of the night, when I woke up from a nightmare. It was the worst one yet. I tumbled to where I thought his room was, and opened the door. "Hughes?" She whispered.

"Caroline?" I ask. I got up and grabbed my shirt and pulled it on. "What do you need?" I asked, surprised.

I switched on my light.

"You ok? What was it about?" I asked, making room for her in my bed to sit.

I take in another breath, and sit down, slightly shivering. "I couldnt protect everyone... i let them down. The enemy made me watch all of you guys die..." she said, her lip trembling.

I shiver, the horrid dream flooding back to me. "They... first they stabbed everyone everywhere, but it wouldnt let them die. Then they started to cut off limbs... but to you.... they made me do it with my own hands...they made a witch hypnotize me to do it..."

I cry lightly, and look over at Hughes. "I... i think i should go..." i say, starting to get up and go towards the door.

I stop, hearing him and coming back in, and i try to smile. "Is it ok if I stay here with you tonight? i feel more safe with you.." She said softly, looking at him.

I smile and snuggle in next to him, snuggling into his chest. "Hughes, I promise I will never hurt you." I whisper, falling asleep.
