"I can't hear his heartbeat..." I look down at his limp body, unsure if he will survive.

I saw light in the darkness. Whispers envoloped my mind, I heard cracking. The light was breaking. It started to glow a deep red, blood poured from the cracks until it burst open. There I was, standing there. Red markings etched into my skin. But then I realized I was where I was, and it was a mirror image. I looked down at my hands, no such markings were enscribed on me. I looked back to the reflection, the markings were still there. And then, my reflection began to move.

I now stand in the corner of the class. I had ripped off a dry strip from my cloak and used it as a scarf, half covering my face. "This is ridiculous."
A huge slam can be heard as the golem smashes its sword into a part of the army.

His arm changed to a black and red jagged blade, glowing with inferno. He slowly walked toward me, the blade running across the black glossy floor, grey dust flying up. I backed up slowly. The eyes of my opponent burned with a crimson red.

I hug her back, wincing form the still present pain.
I shrug. "He'll probably pull through."
The ground outside the city is torn apart when the golem swipes across it with the sword. Both the dragons are flying down below, picking off stragglers with plumes of fire and Galen stands atop the golem, looking down at the destruction..

Ripper, Hybrid's golem wolf-dragon hybrid pup bounds in with his little paws. He jumps up on Hybrid and starts licking his face, thinking he is alive and well.
