Re: CHAPTER 1: The Beginning [Storyline]

I see the golem straight ahead. Just then, I felt a piercing in my right wing. It shuttered and drooped to my side. A spear had ripped through it. My speed began to become unbalanced. My running slowed. I knew that they were directly behind me. Out of the corner of my right eye, crawling along the side of a building, an Egg swiftly jumped towards me from my side. It snagged my ribcage and I was thrust to my left. By now I was half limping, half running. Swiping at my other wing, I retracted it on impact. I grabbed at my ribcage, blood running from my hand. That is when they caught me. I was pulled straight into the heart of the crowd. Roars and hisses, snarls and creaking. They all filled my ears as I felt my bones snapping. Flat on my back, my arms outstretched, I could feel the piercing of fangs on my right hand and looked to see a wolf-like humanoid tearing at my hand. Pain came from all around. I couldn't break free, I couldn't be saved. My time was up. I failed.

I nod. I look over at the nearby cluster of Kishin Eggs. I heard horrifying screams. Someone was in there. Right then and there, the Eggs broke away. The had raced to the golem. Some slashed at its arms and legs, as others crawled up them. I backed up and ran behind a nearby tree. I peered over at what was left behind the path of the Kishin Eggs. A corpse. Blood. And a soul hovering over it. "What? WHy hadnt the corpse disappear, and why hadn't they eaten the soul?" I whisper to Arc.

Galen: "Motherfuckers! Down here below!" I yell, gripping Sophie tighter.

"The corpse has wings." I say, solemnly. "We need to help Galen."

Sophie: "Dont forget about Soul Resonance, Galen"

"I- I-" I rush over to Sebastian. I observe him. Throat slashed, wrists slit, incredibly deep claw marks wrapped around his body. "We have to help him. We cant let anybody die!" I wiped a tear. I knew he was dead, I just didnt want to have that as a fact. He was just a student, like all of us. Fighting for a better cause.

I heard a gurgling from behind us. I turned and dodged a clawed hand aimed straight for my head. The lanky Kishin Egg bore no eyes, just bloodied sockets. Its oversized clawed hands seemed to sink to the ground and drag as he advanced forward. He jolted his body sideways and his arm followed, swing out towards me. I ducked underneath and pressed a hand on its chest. I pushed it into the wall of a building on the side of the road and held him up against it. It couldnt attack in this position. I held up Arc and jammed it into his empty eye socket and pulled the trigger. It immediately dropped and slowly sank to the ground where it lay limp upon the ground. Its soul pushed outwards but the corpse stayed where it was. The rain dripped onto the soul and it sizzled until it was gone. Incinerated. "Why are the bodies still here?" I silently mumble.

"I don't know. And... Sebastian can't be healed."

Galen: "I know, Sophie." I say waving at the eggs from below the golem. "They are ignoring us!"

"Then we better go and help Galen." I glance back at Sebastians corpse as I began to speed towards the golem. I keep my distance because of the Eggs surrounding the golem. I watched as Eggs climbed up on its huge and bulky legs and arms. Other Eggs were just slashing at them from below. "What do we do?!" I ask Arc.

[Nope.]

"Hmm..." I wonder for a few seconds. "Shoot the ones around the arms and legs first."

Galen: I run towards the left arm of the golem and start to slash at the kishin eggs gathered there.

"But what if they see us?" I ask.

[Mr.Raccoon]

Sophie: "Understood"

Ares jumps from the teacher's desk in the classroom and turns into human "Is there any free weapon that i can use in this battle?"

Jet streaks past eyes narrowed rushes into the crowds of kishin eggs slicing dicing chicken frie ricing smashing skulls the usual

[Nope.]

"If they spot us, we run under the golem and try to hit as many as we can with a soul resonance. What do you say?"

The golem, now having deep gashes in its arms and legs, brings one of its arms and tries to swipe at the attackers, while Galen still slashes at the crowd of the other, making sure to bat any eggs souls underneath the golem to stop them from disintegrating. The dragons, now having found their way back blow flames onto the kishin eggs on top of the golem.

OOC: Replai?

OOC: I thought that Galen was on top of the golem, thazts why they are climbing up the arms and legs to get to him.

"Alright." I take aim to the Kishin Eggs climbing up on the golems legs and arms. I fired as and watched as corpses fell into the clusters of Eggs.

The Kishin Eggs the Jet fighting take notice him and start overwhelming him one is able to get in close and sink his fangs into Jet's shoulder while he grimaces in pain and peicres the Kishin egg through the stomach all while the black blood rain is seeping into his wound (Gtc you can let the DarkLord using the black blood to control Jet since some is now in his system)

Galen carries on slashing at the group of kishin eggs below one of the golems arms until the groups numbers lower and cut up corpses litter the ground around them. Galen still bats any untouched souls underneath the golem.

OOC: Galen was below. It doesn't matter now, it happened so it's not gonna change.

Jet runs over to Galen, his wound bleeding profusly and soaking his right hoodie sleeve, and says "Hey where do you need help?"
