I lifted up to my feet, my body consumed in a hot and fiery pain. I had a limp in both of my legs and walked similarly to a zombie up to the DWMA entrance.

Jet sighs "I guess I will have to tell you: Well when he was controlling me and I was losing something made me want to get out and say one last thing and when I busted out of the too I was in control. So the I blacked out and I guess the mist covered me dropping the temp. and my mp3 player is tuned where when is drops far enough it blasts music. Then we had a fight and he said something about my soul biting him. He tried to trick me a few times but it was all just usink your mind not your eyes."

I clenched my hand into a fist. Fire swirled around it and my body consumed in flames. "Why is getting so much worse?! We have nowhere safe as of now! The Dark Lord and now ASURA?!" The flames widened. "I'm just so UNSTABLE RIGHT NOW!" In my fist formed a flaming ball. I turned and threw it at the sky. My eyes were flaming with hatred. Whips of fire wrapped around me.

"I'm going to the Portals. I don't care if they are off limits!" I ran off down the steps, which was where I was limping up only moments ago. Every stepped left a burned mark in the ground of my footprint and I disappeared in the City, heading for the Portals.

Jet nods and rushes out the door and runs down the hallway not pausing to open the front door he bursts through it and says as he runs "Shard! Adelaide! Come on we gotta get Hybrid!"

I neared the Portal that held the endless Portal void. I could see the stone steps leading up to the swirling entity. I knew that through that portal would be the first circular area of portals. Caution tape was strung around the Portal, wrapped around every inch.

"He's in here! The Dark Lord..." I place my flaming hand on the center of the caution tape wrapped around the Portal and it quickly turns to ash. I look to Jet and the others... and step in.

I see Portals stretching far back to the point that my eyesight reached. The only thing off about the whole situation was that every portal had the same black coloring. I stepped into the one directly in front of me. And the next step I took landed me in a land of black rock. Cliffsides of pure rock stretched up all around me and a few yards away was an abyss that led to darkness. It's always darkness.

The vibrations of the Kishin's soul pounded in my head and I suddenly realized why he was so feared, and why he was titled the Dark Lord.
